Refunds & Returns Policy

We get it, it’s hard to take lollies from strangers. In case you don’t enjoy being this new version of you, we’ll refund your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. 

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or doesn’t do what we said it would. 

To start a return, email us at hello@remywellness.com.au with your order number and details. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
